Generation of spiral waves on the boundary.
Cell layer was loaded with Fluo-4 and observed using confocal
setup. Propagation to the inner zone is impeded by the continuous presence of the cell uncoupler heptanol, border cell automaticity is increased due to isoproterenol.
Note: the acquisition window was moved during the experiment alongside the boundary to center the events.
